Xbox One S 4k60 YouTube not available

I have had this problem for a while now and cannot find a simple answer. My Xbox One S is connected to a 4k TV and it says on the Xbox 4k TV details that my TV supports 60hz, 50hz and 24hz. When I watch 4k content on YouTube the highest quality is only 1440p60 and sometimes only 1080p60. There has been a few videos that play at 2160p30. But the same video on my TVs YouTube app plays at 2160p60 perfectly fine. Can someone tell me why?

I've tried troubleshooting guide on Xbox and no answer.

Used both the Xbox hdmi cable it was shipped with as well as a 4k60 high speed cable.

Again it's rare techdemos aren't movies

plenty of 4k content on youtube and they play at 4k fine on my one s.

It's because you are asking too much

Most videos on YouTube is NOT 4k

You can search for 4k demos videos but even retail movies will only do 1080p due to Google's limits

And yes since they moves to YouTube movies from.Google play movies they haven't fully adapted the movies to 4k

And user videos are rarely 4k
