XBOX ONE RUNNING EXTREMELY SLOW

Same here man, mine started at about 1ish? I cant remember what time but I start up the xbox, goes to xbox green screen for about 5-10 min then goes to a grey or black screen for about the same time then Gradually loads in all of my apps, I then try clicking
on a game and it freezes or Starts to load in but stops and a notification pops up that says “sorry this game took too long to load”

I just wanna enjoy me some quarantine. I thought I was the only one with slow dashboards and freezing. HELP US PLEASE

A couple of things to check.

Inspect the ventilation holes for dust accmulation and clean them if required.

If you use Instant on power mode it doesn't hurt to fully shut down the console every now and then and remove the power cord for a few minutes. This will reset the power supply.

If you're using a power board, try connecting the console to a separate wall socket by itself.

Reset power supply solution has steps that may assist.

Hey everyone! Hope you are all safe and healthy in these troubling times.

As of today, April 5th, 2020, my Xbox dashboards speeds are working RIDICULOUSLY slow. I am unable to move even a space over my dashboard before my whole system crashes/stalls to a halt. I have tried EVERY fix on the internet possible (yes, I have hard reset
so please don't tell me to do that, and cleared the MAC address, and reset my blue ray whatever, etc. etc.); to no avail.

Have any Xbox One users been experiencing this issue!? It is extremely frustrating. If you're a Microsoft employee reading this, please help a loyal customer out!

I have had no prior issues with my Xbox at all. It is a 2013 model that has been running beautifully for 7 years, and I am praying it will hold out until the Series X. No money to buy a new one currently since I'm out of work due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Posiblemente tu Xbox solo necesita reiniciarse ya que a mi me a pasado y simplemente la reinicio y queda como el día en el que la compre, la puedes reiniciar de 2 formas

1.- Presionar el botón de encendido de tu Xbox por 10 segundos

2.- Dejar presionado el botón de inicio en el control y te deberia de aparecer una opcion que dice "Reiniciar consola"
