Xbox One Rewards

I been a member of xbox live rewards ever since its creation, its a great idea.

Sadly i have not been having a good experience with it recently though.

I bought Battlefield 1 for Xbox one last week but i have not earned any rewards for it and your ment to get points for buyimg games.

I have been a member of xbox live gold concistently ever since 2007 and i am always renewing my xbox live gold but i dont think i been getting rewarded properly for it because i never seem to receive any reward points on a regular basis.

It says that from 2015 up untill 2016 today i have only spent £2.00.

That is not correct because during the years 2015 to today 2016 i have had an xbox one gold membership and i have purchased all the latest games for xbox one for the last 2 years. Yet it only says i have spent £2.00.

The rewards system is not recognising my gold membership and any new games i buy as purchases and its not rewarding me the points for them.

I find this very unusual.

Im an xbox one insider and every day i am working hard to help microsoft with the latest updates and improving it to making sure the experience is enjoyable.

Should i be earning points for that also.

Please could you look into my situation and address the issue.

Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

 

Anyone thinking of getting a Xbox One? We both can get $25 in Credit!

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

As mentioned, we do not Reward Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. However, our system is properly identifying your Gold status. Furthermore, we only reward purchases made off the Xbox store. Since your purchases like Battlefield 1 were not made from that
storefront, they are not eligible for Xbox Live Rewards.
