    Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

    I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

    Anyone thinking of getting a Xbox One? We both can get $25 in Credit!

    Lets Hope some thing gets done about this I mean after all I have spent my reward points and used like 400 points and if I won either xbox one or money or anything I respect Microsoft to send it

    It sounds like you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. If so, you'll need to contact their support via their redemption page.

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.

    Live rewards became MS rewards. So they are the ones you have to contact.

    Xbox Rewards support still posts here and still assists with Xbox Rewards issues. Since his issue is an Xbox Rewards program issue, he needs to wait for a response from support here. Microsoft Rewards support will not be able to assist.
