Xbox One Restarts Randomly When Launching a Game

I have downloaded multiple games through the xbox marketplace on my refurbished Xbox one, every single one of them crashes. It only gets past the games start menu, then my Xbox freezes, goes grey screen, and then shuts off or restarts. It's a frustrating
issue. It also crashes and goes grey screen when trying to have two things open at once. For example, when I launch far cry 4 it asks me if I want to link my account with Uplay to get access to co-op, if it hit yes it takes me to some application I don't know
of in the marketplace (never have gotten it to load without crashing) then resets. Disc based games work fine, it only crashes if I hit my home button without going to the games main menu of the game first. I can't read messages, join party's, or do any of
that without exiting my game. I've tried every forum topic I could come upon to get this fixed. It may just be a console issue because it's refurbished, but it's easier for now to just try and ask the community fo solutions first.

Browser crashing

Try holding the power button on your Xbox One until it shuts down and restarts to perform a hard reset. Once you're back, try launching Edge without launching any other game or app before and see if it still crashes watching a video.

 

Xbox One Randomly Launching YouTube

So I was in the middle of playing Evolve yesterday and out of no where, my Xbox opens YouTube. Once YouTube opens, it starts playing a video on how to pronounce the word melee (weirdest thing ever). Keep in mind, I haven't pressed any buttons, and still
am not. Then after the video, it goes to play a Mario video game video. I don't have kinect so I couldn't talk to it or anything. It was just really weird and didn't know if anyone else has had an issue like this?
