Xbox One resolution stuck to 340x480p

I just moved my Xbox One from one TV and then back to the original, and now the resolution is stuck to 340x480p. It isn't anything with the TV settings. Can anyone help? It worked fine before.

I can change it on the other TV to 1080p, but when I switch back to the other TV, it's stuck with 640x480p.

Hello, Unoperator. Thanks for reaching out! My name is Lucas, and I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user just like you. I'll be happy to assist you today.

Would you please try physically resetting your display options?

    - If there's a disc in the console, eject it.

    - Turn off the console. Unplug all cables from it, wait for 3 minutes and plug again.

    - Then, press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Don’t let go until you hear the second beep or see the console start up in low resolution mode (the Xbox startup screen will appear slightly pixelated).

In either case, this will start up your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To change this setting, press the Xbox button to open the guide. Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options, and then select the resolution you want from the Display dropdown.

See if this works and please let me know.

Already tried that, didn't work. I can't get to the other TV, but I'll try it on a bunch of different ones and see what happens.

Go to "Display & Sound" in the setting menu. Select "TV connection" and set it to anything except auto-select. See if you are able to change the resolution then.

If it still does not work, can you test it on the other TV to see if you can change the resolution?

It didn't work. Does the beep sound like the startup beep? I'm not sure if I'm just not pressing them in sync.
