Xbox One remote warranty replacement

They might just replace the broken stick. Like people have said, if they have it in stock, they will swap like for like.

As long as its still in print you'll get the same item.

It would depend on what they have in the warehouse at the time that they receive your broken controller.

If they have one of that type in the warehouse then you would receive one of that type if not then you would receive a generic one.

There is no way to tell what they have in stock currently.

Yeah but sadly I can't get a replacement from Microsoft because the warranty is up, so I'll just have to replace it by getting a new remote by buying one

Just to verify to everyone, xbox WILL NOT replace the remotes their update frakked up. You have to pay them a service charge for them to fix what their update did to your remote. If you're under warranty it's all god though. That shouldn't matter as
your update bricked our remotes.

Yes Microsoft I will be contacting an attorney over this if i have to pay you to fix what you did with your update to my remotes warranty or not.
