Xbox one remote stuffed

Hey so after a nights rest i go to use my remote but it turns on then flashes constantly for 10 mins were i had to cord it to sync, then when i pressed one button it switches from home to mixer constantly and disabled all my buttons except the home button
and B button, like a virus in my remote. Im hella confused and annoyed and want to be fixed but seems no one rlse encountered the problem.

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds and then disconnect the console from power for at least 2 minutes, after that reconnect power and power on again:

That usually fixes weirdness with controllers, at least that is my own experience

Sorry to hear about your issue. After power cycling, re-sync your controller and check for updates for both the controller and Xbox.

Yes agreed, MSFT stuffed the last console update, just like they have been stuffing Windows Updates they have now been stuffing Xbox Updates. I bet you they swear by Unit Tests hahaha.......no user testing clearly.

ok, at least i ain't the only one that thought it was weird my xbox was coming back from mexico. if i'm lucky, it will be stuffed with hash or cash!! lol
