    Xbox One Registration Issue


    My main account that got banned ' iiTemperr ' is apart of the Xbox Preview Dashboard and I recently got into it again with my new account which is this one and it says "Sorry, this console has already been registered to a different account." Is there any
    way someone can unregister it so I can register from my new account?

    ok I need a place to vent about this issue since it appears that the Advocacy Team isn't going to do anything for me. Long story short: Brand new Xbox One purchased from Best Buy April of this year, given to me for my birthday just last thursday, opened
    up and discovered disc drive does not work, tried to return to best buy but due to the purchase date being so long ago I was told I had to go through microsoft, contacted support and after all the troubleshooting hoops I was told it was defective and needed
    to be repaired, but when they tried to register the console there is an issue with the SN not matching records or something like that, so was told it would be escalated to a hardware specialist (Bernadett) with the advocacy unit and should be contacted within
    72 Hrs. On the 3rd day I got an email from her requesting picture of my SN sticker from console. When I tried to send picture in a reply message (by phone and PC) I keep getting an error email saying that they can't receive the attachment. So go back to support
    chat to try to get another way to send picture and of course they offer me no other method!!! So I have replied to this email address about 30ish times just asking for a response as what I can do next to get this expedited as I am sitting here with a completely
    useless machine. Yet still NOTHING!!!! I AM AT A LOSS HERE PEOPLE! What can I do???????

    Sorry to hear it. Have you tried making the attachment smaller using an editing program such as Paint?

    If not, give that a try. Another alternative would be to put the picture on an external site such as Photobucket and then email the link to the person.

    It is possible that attachments cannot be received at that address.

    That seems to be the only response I have been given- someone will get back to you soon, you should hear something in the next 24 hours, this has been escalated to the appropriate people.... I am just really frustrated with this entire situation and can
    truly say that this has been my worst customer service experience with any company.
