    xbox one Red Dead Redemption 2 problems with save and reading disk.


    Hello, I have an issue with my xbox one RDR 2 save file. After a long hiatus, my girlfriend began playing the game again. She saved last night (11-28-20) before bed, and today her most recent playthrough is completely gone. All save files and even the
    auto saves are from nearly a year ago, as if she had not been playing and saving throughout the last few weeks.

    I can't seem to find an issue similar to this, as the older save files from before this playthrough are still there.

    What could cause this and how do we fix it??

    Red Dead Redemption 2 No Story Mode Access

    I am having a problem I have red dead redemption 2, I went to restart the game story and I went back on it took me to create a character for online. Which is weird because second disk has the online story that I own. Now please fix this bug you created because I am not paying no damn 39.99 dollars to be able to play my red dead redemption 2 game that I have on disk. I have restart the console and turned off the power of the console and it still shows up game pass and it not letting me play the story mode of red dead redemption 2. Please fix this problem.

    I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
    correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.
