Xbox one randomly losing connection to Xbox live while connected to wifi.

Were any other devices connected to the network affected by that?

I did a full reset last night and the issue went away for about an hour instead of its every 15 minutes having issues. Sadly contacting my isp wouldn’t help because their customer service is terrible and they have a set list of responses that don’t help.
(We’ve had wifi issues before and multiple people told us to do the same thing) The router is also under a year old. Nothing else in the house has had any issues with dropping off the wifi.

It sounds like for some reason you having really bad wifi issues either caused by the ISP limiting or that, I would suggest trying a wired connection to see, if that is a way around this issue to see if a wifi card or ISP limiting, You can get a 10m ethernet
cat5e cable for under 10 dollars/pounds on amazon. So suggest trying a wired to try and trouble shoot this issue at hand.

IF it does have issues, we recommend contacting the ISP. There could be problems in the lines or something. Personally had this issue where I couldn't stay connected. The ISP came out in the wall a cable was frayed like rubbed against metal, once replaced
was working good.
