Xbox one randomly disconnecting and reconnecting to Xbox live

My Xbox one is keep disconnecting from Xbox live and then reconnecting back a few seconds later. I checked my internet and my console, and they are fine, nothing broken, they aren't slow.

There isn't even any lag, it just disconnect and then reconnect.

I don't want to play a game and perform well and then POOF! Disconnected. Have all my hard work done all for nothing.

Cant stay connected.

No matter what I try,from moving the internet cable down one port to disconnecting and reconnecting,it just won't stay connect to xbox live,really at the end of my rope here.

is anyone else having this problem?

Same issue, was watching netfilx then poof there goes XBL randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. what is going on? can a admin give us a clue or is this just random spikes?

I check my multiplayer connection and I always get "It's all good, there should be no problems with your multiplayer connection". But clearly there is a problem that it cannot detect. ;_;

Is your Xbox One getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live? Take a look at this helpful support article:

"My Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live". Give some of those suggestions and steps a try and let us know with a reply how it goes!!

Hey there!

Here's a few things to try/review:

1) Keep other devices away from the controller and console. THIS INCLUDES MOBILE DEVICES AND LAPTOPS! (They can interfere with the signal)

--This includes you phone being in your pocket while gaming. move it away.

2) Keep the controller and console within line of sight of eachother. (No walls, cabinets, other electronics in between the console and controller)

3) Make sure the controller is up to date in the devices section of the settings

4) Make sure you are using good batteries, and old/new batteries aren't being mixed
