Xbox One random disconnects fix.

Well, like everyone else that is on this form. I have had an issue with my Xbox One Controller disconnecting. At random. Usually in less than 10 min. I tried everything I could find it, Changing the battery. Getting the charge and play kit resyncing the
controller ( It always had a full charge),rebooting it(thexbox) updating it( The controller). Nothing seems to work. And nobody seems to have an answer for it So what I tried and it works for me. As its been. Nearly 4 hours. And haven't had it disconnect yet.
Is step 1. press the sync button on both the Xbox and the controller at the same time and hold for 6 seconds. ... This will not cause it to sync properly step 2. Once the Xbox is done flashing. Your controller still should be flashing. Hit the power button
on the Xbox and hold until it shuts off. Step 3. remove batteries or batter charging pack in order to get the controller to shut off, then pop them back in and turn the Xbox on with the control. this is what works for me and I hope it will who work work for
work for you as a side note, I did not have the USB cord plugged in.

Welcome to the world of xBox One controller hell. Lots of people having the same issue, pointed to the same useless solutions with no real fix from MS. It's shameful.

That is a very interesting tip, next time I come across this issue I will suggest it as a possible solution to try. Thank you for sharing
