    I Really need help when i try to buy anything off of the xbox live marketplace it doesn't let me? error code PBR9002 i am trying to download the season pass for Call of Duty Ghosts but it wont work? and i want it before the 28th of January
    because that is when the first DLC comes out i am running out of time here someone help please?

    It would seem that according to the link I'm posting below that the code you listed means your account has been blocked by Xbox due to either fraudulent activity detected or your tag is set for a different region (country) than you live in.

    If you have your tag set to a different country then change the region to the same one that you live in or contact phone support for your regions to get this resolved.
