    Xbox one project Scorpio crashes on most games


    I have problems with my Xbox one X project Scorpio, on multiple games it keeps crashing and closing the games, I’ve tried factory restart and reinstalling games, but the problem remains, any idea to diagnose the root of the problem?

    I understand that the factory reset, and reinstallation of games don't work.

    Kindly try to perform an Offline System Update according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/offline-system-update">https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/offline-system-update

    "To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

    A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port.
    A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS."

    project Scorpio is an Xbox one X, and it is not compatible with series games.

    I believe it was "Xbox" or whatever the deafault was for the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, but then I changed it to Project Scorpio.
