Xbox One Problem loading Content Right now when trying to install 360 Game

UPDATE...

I uninstalled the games and defaulted my installation to my internal hard drive. I got the messages of updates were required for the DLC's and they installed and now I'm getting the "loading additional content" message when I start the game as well as the
quests are now available on my Xbox One. So my problem is answered...

so apparently this is happening to a lot of people? crazy thing is im trying to install fallout 4 on my pc right now. Keeps saying on the app that "content failed to load" so maybe there is just something wrong with the xbox app right now?

Another thing it does that isn't mentioned is that the content is checked to ensure all data is copied and not corrupt or unreadable. Really important if you just bought a new or used game is to install it. Will let you know if there is a problem before
you get into a game and have it crash or cause some other glitches because a section of the disc is unreadable or corrupt. Be amazing if the 360 could download any portions that are unreadable or corrupt and patch the disc image as long as it passes the basic
DRM check. Maybe with the Xbox One it will be available.
