    The cache has overtaken the game system, making games unplayable and menus inaccessible.

    I have dumped power, multiple times, expected that would to drain the cache and allow the system to reset.

    I am caught up with updates to the system.

    I have run a factory reset, but the problem persists.

    I cannot access the base system menu to drain the cache. The problem with the system forces the cursor away (down) from the places I want to access.

    All this while playing a Microsoft game, Borderlands 2 for Xbox One, on an Xbox One system.

    Please help.

    Sometimes if the xbox 360 locks up, it could be that your system cache is full. Try deleting the dlc again, any title updates and the system cache, then redownload the dlc. Once the dlc has downloaded start the game. Let the game update (if there is one
    available), hopefully your problem will now be fixed.

    I too am having issues that makes the game unplayable on Xbox one X. This 4k upgrade has ruined the game and it needs fixing asap, especially since this game is one MS has used to promote the 4k aspects of the new system.

    My xbox seems to be drooping frames/stuttering whether im playing online or on the menus , its making games unplayable at times help anyone??
    Is this with the xbox one or 360. Have you attempted doing a full power cycle by holding the power icon until the system goes through a reboot? Is this happening on all games, or just one in particular?

    Gears of War 3 - DLC not available when licensed content from two users exists on same console

    UPDATE: Now that the free map pack is out, I am the only one that can play multiplayer on the second system. Any of my kids try to play, they get the error that the host has DLC that we don't have, although it is already downloaded on that system.

    So this has now gone from an annoying problem, to making the game completely unplayable on more than one system. Why did I buy two copies of the game if I can't utilize both copies?
