I got invited to preview the update, i used the code and launched the app but it just continuously says loading please wait, what do i do?

 

Restart your system then open the app. Worked for me

 

I can find it on my XONE. I entered the code but nothing happened. I re entered it and it says it was used.

 

How do I launch the app on my xbox one? I redeemed the code online but can't find it.

 

Go into your Apps section on the X1 and it should be all the way to the right under Ready to Install. I did the same thing and could not find it.

 

I got the code put it in and downloaded the app. It still says to wait and I am already registered and to check the private forum. But when I click on the private forum it says group not found.

 

I deleted my code by mistake, can I get it back?

 

^ i did the same thing. Was reading the message and accidentally deleted it. Seems to me that as easy as it is to do that, maybe there should at be a way to retrieve a delete message, at least for a short time. .

Can I get my code re-sent to me please? Does anyone know who to contact to get this to happen?

I've seen some other threads that were linked, but the link takes me to a locked page on here.

The link mentioned above for the registration forums does not work. It redirects to
forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx with the message Group Not Found - The requested Group cannot be found.
