Hello i am approved microsoft said im approved but my app still says wait for a system messsage pls help

I turned on my xbox and I got the update when I registered a while ago, but now I can't view my friends, or my messages. Idk what's happening

 

Who told you that you were approved? Was it phone support? If so, I wanted to mention that phone support is not able to see who is and is not in the preview program. That is only done via Live messages from those running the preview program.

If you have been invited from a friend and have not yet received a message via Live regarding the program with an option to download the app then you'll need to be patient. However, I did want to mention that the program is pretty much at capacity now though
so they have slowed down the acceptance into the program.

See if you can access the Preview Program Support forums. If you can, head over to the Registration Support section so the preview support team can help you out. If you can't, please reply back with such and an Xbox Support member
can verify your acceptance and grant you access to the forums so you can get the assistance you need.

 

It said group not found so im unable to post

 

Ive got the app already and have been invited by the pre program and 3 friends ive been waiting in idle for a very long time and my roommate and friend both got an invite at the same time as me and theres is up and running

Ive been approved as i got the message to dl the app and now the app jussays for thanks for joining you will recive system message soon thats been awile

Like i said friends got it at the same time as me there up and running

 

Thanks for the info. If you have downloaded the app then you're in. You'll just need to wait for access to the forums.

 

If ylu have the enroll pending status rhen ylu are just waiting for the update wave which is tommorrow for already members you may get it in a later wave

They do all all 3 stages in waves

Its kust you gotta wait especially since the large amount of interest in a limited beta
