Xbox One Preview Program Problems: I can't access Preview Forums & More..

Hello all,

I need an Official Xbox Support member, but not an ambassador to allow me to access the Preview Program Forums.

First off, I was invited to participate in the Xbox One Preview Program by an Official Xbox Member. I waited a few days and eventually got a message via Xbox Live to join the program and download the app. So, naturally I downloaded the &%$ out of that
thing and opened up the app with no problems. My Status on the app was 'Pending' at this time. Then I waited a few more days until I recieved the option to Update the OS. Since my console is on 'Power Saving Mode' instead of 'Instant On Mode', I had to trigger
this update manually. I triggered the update, and with no issue or error I waited as the download completed and the console proceeded to restart. The problem starts here. When it restarted and booted to the dashboard like always, the dashboard didn't have
the new looks it was supposed to have. I tripled checked the OS version and it is the newst OS version which is 6.2.13176.0. This is the newest update as of June 19th for Xbox Preview Members. But like I said, none of the updates seem to have taken affect...at
all. I've messaged Xbox Moderators, Ambassadors, and Officials, but to no avail. I've posted in forums and using the Xbox One itself, reported the issue to the Preview Program Member Community. At this time my Status in the Preview Program App is 'Enrolled'.

Please help me find the correct solution, as I am eager to get my son out there on this membership and helping the rest of the community like you guys.

Early Preview Forums

No need to contact phone/chat support as they are nothing to do with the preview program & can't grant access to the preview forums.

Just sit tight & an official support member should see this & grant you access if you are in the preview program

Xbox One Preview Program

Hi! I joined the preview program for the Xbox One and I downloaded the app for the Xbox One preview program last week, but all the dashboard app does is tell me I will receive a service message on my Xbox One soon with more info. Any idea how long this
takes? I'd post to the support forums for the preview program but I can't access it.

Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.

The only time I have seen a 360 error on the One is when it had to do with a preview update, which is why I assumed they are in the preview program. If you are in the preview program and can't access the preview forums, you'll want to create a new post asking
for access

Hey there Buster2099,

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

If you are part of the preview program then you should have an added selection box at the top of the screen.

As in Xbox Forums as one selection item, and then Xbox Early Access next to it as another selection item.

If you can't see it, let us know and we'll let the Early Access team know that you are having problems accessing the preview forums.

Hi there,

The Xbox 360 preview program is definitely separate from the Xbox One preview program.

The reason you're probably not receiving any more invites is because of a potential backlog of requests to join the preview program. Even then, there is no guarantee you've been accepted into the program.

However, I would wait for a support staff member to manually grant you access to the private preview program forums so that you can ask there.
