Xbox One Preview Program Help Please

XboxSupport on twitter didn't answer me I asked them some stuff anyways So I have registered And I'm really confused it say's the registration proccess will be finished within 72hours and I registered for New Xbox One Experience but I wanted the backwards
compatibility I'm really confused I've been waiting what do I even do from here it's EnrollPending and I go into announcements tab and it say's 72hours so it's been 72hours+ Now and I still haven't got registered people are telling me I have to get some feedback
score and stuff up I'm really confused, I registered this on Thursday 9/17/2015 and it's been over 72hours so I don't know what to do...

Preview Program issue, I need access... to fix error code 0x80070490

My xbox one will only show error code 0x80070490. The issue seems to be related to the Preview Program. I need access to preview program.

Please help.
