    Xbox One preview program enrollment


    I've had this issue now for a week with the Xbox preview dashboard where my system says it's enrolled in the preview program but i haven't been receiving the updates and i can't access the preview forums but i still get the messages for the program updates.
    I even invited friends to the program through the app and even received the most message from the program to download the media player update but deleted the message by accident. I tried unenrolling from the program to see if i could re-enroll back to hopefully
    fix it but the app states that the unenrollment is still pending. I was hoping i could get some help on the situation because i like the preview program and i want to stay in it.

    I have been pending the enrollment into the xbox one preview for a few days now it keeps saying I'm pending enrollment but I got the last update. I am not able to see the xbox one preview forums ether.

    Invited to Xbox Preview Program on 9/10/2014 but status is still "EnrollPending"

    Your enrollment will be pending until the start of the next preview update. No console can join or leave the preview program until the current update has been released.

    Sorry to hear it. Unenrolling from the program will complete after the current beta phase has released to the public.

    In the meantime you can try sending a pm to Misses Quinzel to see if she can help with getting access to the forums.

    Error downloading a game from the Marketplace.

    It's a problem only for those enrolled in the Xbox One Preview Program.

    Hey mauretto63! I can confirm you are in the preview program. If you'd like to un-enroll you will need to download the
    Xbox preview dashboard app. If you have any trouble un-enrolling you will need to post in the

    Hi

    If you have the Xbox Preview dashboard app then you need to enrol the console in the program using the app and I also believe you can have more than one console enrolled in the program at the same time.

    Invites to the preview program are not sent out over the support forums. To add to this, the Xbox One Preview Program is now reaching its limit, meaning that people are not being accepted into the program much at the moment, and you are unlikely to be enrolled.
