Xbox One Preview Program Dashboard Help Needed

Please Help Me

days until the update came to my Xbox One, and since I keep my Xbox One on Power Saving Mode, I had to manually trigger the update, and from my understanding when it is done updating the and the console restarts, the dashboard is supposed to appear
updated (as in the beta to the upcoming dashboard that looks completely refreshed). The update went through fine and showed no error. Unfortunately, the update didn't change my dashboard at all and it won't let me report the problem via my Xbox One for some
reason, saying an errror occurs. My current OS Version is 6.2.13176.0, which I'm assuming is the newest update that launched just today from preview program members. It also says Latest status: Update Successful. Last Updated: 6/19/2015 10:46 PM.

Someone please help me as I am extremely anxious to get started and take part in the loving community that Xbox Live has and helping report problems for you guys. Not to mention see all the new goodies xD

Looking for an EA Access beta code

To any fellow Xbox gamer willing to help.

Yesterday I joined the Xbox One dashboard preview program. I’m very interested in joining the EA Access beta program, but apparently since I joined after the 27 of July I haven’t received the code to download the beta.

Is there any Xbox gamer that is part of the dashboard program and isn’t interested in joining the EA Access beta, willing to share his code with me?

Preview update

If you have previously been in the program all you need to do is download the Xbox Preview Dashboard/Xbox Insider Hub app and then re enrol your console in the program.

I cannot I recently upgraded from the 360 and I needed to be invited in order to get the preview dashboard app

In order for the proper teams to address the issue, you will need to make a post in the Xbox One Preview Forums. Thanks in advance!

You will need to first post and the preview forums.

Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

Theory of Game

The Xbox 360 and Xbox One preview programs are separate... being in one doesn't guarantee access to the other. To get into the Xbox One preview program, you'll need to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft
(you'll get a message from Xbox Live with a link to download the Preview Dashboard app).

Keep in mind that the Xbox One preview and the Xbox 360 preview are two separate programs, and you will need to be invited into the Xbox One preview to have a chance to download the Preview Dashboard and participate in the program. Ask a friend who may be
in the Xbox One preview to shoot you an invite!
