    I have been sent the invite from a friend but there is no mention of it in my emails or on the xbox itself, after speaking with one of your agents they have asked me to post the issue here...

    friends invite me over 5 times,but I'm not received any message about preview program,and can't get in Xbox preview fourms

    You will need an invite from someone you know from your friends list. Unfortunately these are support forums and not the best place for preview invites. See

    In order to acquire an invite to the Preview Program, you'll need to receive one from a friend. To find out more information, check out our support article on the

    Xbox One Preview Program    .

    What I would suggest is to post up in our Xbox One General Discussion forum, make some friends in there who are already participating in the preview program, and then hopefully receive an invite from them!

    Hey there lastinfinity1,

    I'm sorry to say that we don't send out invites to the Preview Program, as you'll have to receive an invite from someone who is already participating in the Preview Program currently.

    To do this, I would either ask those who are in the Preview Program on your Xbox Live friends list to invite you or head over to our Xbox One General Discussion, make some friends in there, and see if those friends could send you an invite. Hope this helps,
