Xbox one preview havent got a msg

I havent got a message for more information on the xbox one and i dont know which forum to stick this in so... My gamertag is could someone help me?

Xbox One Preview Program message from Xbox

My friend invited me to the xbox preview program and its been 5 days and I havent gotten a msg on my xbox and I wanting to know why i don't have it yet.

Never got a message to download the app

if you havent got the app msg (you have to verify you received the msg at least once there is an actual post concerning that on sticky but only for the people who received it once and it expired)

however if you got invited that doesnt mean you were accepted

only by getting the msg is that you were accepted no matter what phone support says

only forum support will know and only in the preview forums

right now if you didnt receive the app or the app msg then you will be waiting a very long time because they are near capacity and are slowing down the acceptance

if you havent got the app yet you werent accepted and is slim chance you will be due to the near capacity

if you havent recieved the preview program acceptance msg there nothing more that can be done sorry, have a friend reinvite you at a later date, as smwutches said chat or customer support cannot access preview program information.
