Xbox One preview app issue.

I know there is a forum for preview users but that is also part of my problem. I was receiving previews and now when I open my preview registration app, it tells me to join. If I select that, it tells me it will send me a message on my dashboard to to continue,
I never get that message, also I never unregistered with the program to begin with. Now when I noticed the issue I tried to post in the preview forums but when I head over there , I noticed I no longer have access. Can some one help me please make sense of
this.

It is possible that someone else unregistered the console without your knowledge. I will pass on a pm about this on your behalf. Please keep an eye here or on you pm's.

 

That is the odd part, when I called customer service I was told my console appears to still be apart of the preview program. That is when she advised I make a post here and wait for a Microsoft team member to pick it up.

I had the preview app on my old xbox one but I got a replacement one and I need help on installing it again plz help

 

Go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right until you see Ready to Download. You'll find it there.

 

That is what I did but is not there

 

Then I'm afraid you'll need to post in the preview forums or send a pm to UrbanizedTree (who posted above) to get the issue resolved.

 

Hey, I accidentally deleted my message, unaware of the fact that there was a code inside the message. Now, I can't connect to the Preview program, and when I go to the FAQ for the preview program, and go to the link under the "I accidentally deleted my message"
question, it just says "Group Not Found" What do I do?

 

As this thread is almost a year old it would be better for you to create a new one detailing your issue.
