Xbox One Preview affects PvZ:GW

From what I have been seeing around the forums and what I have seen my friends doing is that for those of you who have downloaded the Xbox One preview can't play this game with out Audio problems and being blackscreened when joining a game online or offline.

The people who have not got the preview seem to be enjoying this game with no problems.

I got this game and I have downloaded it twice so far and it has to be that the game is not compatible with the update. Until this bug is fixed or the preview is removed this game is pretty much just taking up hardrive. I have spent hours fixing my internet
so that it is running at a fast pace and it has done nothing to fix the problem. I have 2 possible answers to this problem:

1. The Update is interfering with the game

2. I cannot find any games on Fifa so it could be Ea's servers

If this bug could be fixed ASAP that would help so much seeing I have yet seen myself in any lobby in PvZ:GW. If you are having the same problem or a different one please reply so that I can get as many answers as possible so we can figure out what the cause
is.

I am on xbox one I cant find any matches for pvz gw because I need to sign in to my origin account..... does anyone know how to sign in your origin accouny for pvz gw please tell...

 

ea servers not connecting again

well looks like ea is down for pvz gw this moring

 

I don't think it's the update. I downloaded the update and have been playing a lot the last few days but all of a sudden I can't connect to EA servers any more. It worked in the morning and at about 5pm, everything started disconnecting. I figured the extra
people on the weekend put too much strain on unprepared servers. If it was the update, I don't think it would have worked so well until now. Who knows.

 

I have the preview update and the game works fine.

The problem is the fact the game uses EA servers.

EAs servers are renowned for being unreliable.

Its a pity the game doesnt have the option to use the Azure servers instead.

 

I spoke with a representative earlier today, and let him know about my not being able to party up. he said if you have the preview app and your friends don't, there will be problems because technically you are running a different OS
