Xbox One Power Supply Problem

So I left my Xbox One running over night by accident, because I thought it was set to shut off by itself, and now it won't turn on. Every time I plug the power supply into the power outlet, the light turns orange, but when I plug it into my Xbone, it just
fades away. I don't know if this is a problem with my Xbone or the power supply. I keep them both in ventilated areas.

Help.

Xbox One S with it's internal power supply will solve this problem or maybe the sucker will overheat???

What most likely happened was the power brick was on all night so the fan sucked up dust and destroyed your Xbox. Try blowing into the vents but if that does not work contact Microsoft.

Do you have a Xbox One with external power supply or an Xbox One S or X with internal power supply?

I say that because in the first case you can try another power supply (ask to a friend if possible) to see if this fix the problem.

I have the same problem man. I thought the problem was the power supply. But I try the power supply on the xbox one of my friend and it goes on. So the problem is the xbox. Sorry for my english... I'm italian

This can usually be solves by resetting the surge protection in the power supply. Unplug the console and power supply (if you have an original Xbox one) for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If that does not fix this problem your power supply (internal
or external) may need repairs.
