Xbox one - power light blinking and clicking noise heard

I believe it is a problem related to the hardware, which would need a repair or replacement of the device depending on the problem, I found a thread on Reddit that mentions a similar problem, but I can't suggest what this person did to solve the problem, because the even opened the console to solve the problem. I have the older white pro console. I think the power supply is done because the light keeps blinking and it's making a clicking noise. The xbox won't even turn on

Never heard of the XBOX 360 3 light sections having a yellow color at all, it was either red or nothing. The only other place I know where there could be a yellow blinking light would be on the power supply. Never heard of it on the actual console itself.

May I know if after resetting your Xbox One power supply the light color was a steady orange or light, or was the power supply light blinking?
