Xbox One poor performance while connect via Bluetooth (PC)

I've search many time in community for above subject, and mostly can't find solution for this case.

So I'm sorry to ask the new one, as most of old case already closed.

My Xbox One Controller fully function with USB cable, malfunction with Bluetooth connection.

My Laptop specs is :

MSI GF65 thin / Intel Core i5 10500H / RTX3060 / 16GB RAM

It's connect my Xbox One controller good, but the problem is when I play some game, the input is delay a few second.

Some input make my character turn 360 degree.

Things I already do :

Updated latest windows 10, Updated Xbox driver via "Xbox Accessories" app, Remove then re-connect Controller via Bluetooth.

Games I've tried : GEAR 5 (Steam) / HALO (Steam) / Warzone, Modern Warfare, Cold War (Battle net) / Sekiro Shadow (Steam).

All got same problem : Delay input make character unable to control.

Hope somebody here have any tips to resolve this issue,

(I wish to play wirelessly, because my USB port almost damage)

You have not mentioned if you updated the Bluetooth driver itself so that may be worth a try. For some reason, the WIndows drivers don't always work very well with Intel Bluetooth.

I was follow the link and study all suggestion. Unfortunately, my problem was not listed in there.

Bluetooth connection is well, Xbox logo light not blink.
First 10 min in game just fine. After that, it's starting lose control, input delay.

Hope someone here got experience to share if it's can resolve.

That's unfortunate it didn't work...usually I have found Bluetooth issues are because of incorrect/outdated drivers

From my research, that laptop's Bluetooth should be good enough given it's the most recent protocol (5.2)...my controller works fine on my desktop with BT4.0 (albeit from an external one)

A few things to check before buying something (given it will still require a USB port which you said yours is damaged):

- Anti-virus program: What one do you use? Is it a 3rd party one...things like Avast, Norton, ESET etc. If so, try uninstalling it...Windows has Defender built-in which is more than capable. Sometimes AV programs can cause issues.

- Do you have other programs running in the background that you don't need (CTRL-ALT-DEL....Task manager, processes...click the memory tab at the top to list the processes in RAM usage order)? I am thinking of things like Razer software. Things like that can cause issues as well...even the Logitech software for mice and keyboards can cause issues

I see this suggest is worth a try ! I'll check with the link and update if it resolve the issue.

Just updated : It's still same after update latest Bluetooth driver from intel.

After whole day looking, seem Bluetooth Low Energy is not good for gaming, I guess.

The only solution is to use Microsoft Receiver for Xbox Controller.
