Xbox One Please Try again on launch

My xbox one here and there has some sort of error code issue on launch but it goes away if I just do the hard restart or wait for the screen to pop up and select reset

but this issue wont even cut to a screen with those options nor is there even an error code

itll turn on to the green screen for 30 seconds, then a black screen for about 30 seconds again, then it will show a error message that says "Please Try Again" with no other information or "Xbox dashboard took too long to start" and if I put Ok it either
gets stuck on a black screen again or opens the xbox menu but I cant sign in, or open settings or games and apps and the dash isn't visible

This issue has been persisting for a whole day now and I can't find anyone else with this issue and have tried power cycling but no fix

and I cant even access to the settings to do a reset

what do I do?

Usually this is a problem encountered by Xbox Insiders on an Xbox in preview mode. Here is the only solution I’ve come across.

“Hold down the power button on the front of your Xbox One console until it fully powers down, unplug the power cord, and wait 30 seconds. Please note the console must be fully powered down; the next steps will not work if the console is powered on
from connected standby. Plug the power cord back in. PRESS the POWER Button then Hold down the Bind button (located on the side of the console next to the USB port) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console next to the optical disc slot), continue
holding down Bind and Eject until you hear a second “power up” chime. Then SELECT Reset this Xbox - This Troubleshooter takes the User to a page that allows them to select full reset or reset but keep content (this allows you to keep your installed games and
settings!)”

Thanks this worked, I'll take my console out of preview mode then to stop this from happening

If I was account sharing with another Xbox live user and they have no longer access to there xbox and I set my new xbox to home would that reset my account sharing with another user?
