xbox one party problems with the preview update

i can not join a friends party or have a friend join my party i talkes to customer care and they directed me to write it on here. and reference this number 1237023830. Anyone else have this issue?

I have had problems with party chat as well. I talked to customer service and they couldn't help me but told me to post on here and ask an administrator to take me off of the apps beta. Who can I ask to do this. I am not interested in the beta if I cannot
use party chat with friends who did not sign up for he beta.

How do I revert back to the way my xbox was before the beta update? My friends can't accept my game invite and we can't connect to each other's party.

Yeah "group not found' message every time, so how does that help us at all?

 

Cnt talk to my friends cnt party or play with my clan no forum man this update suks

 

The party in the Update work with other people have the update

 

I honestly don't know the point of this preview if it doesn't work and you cant even provide feedback about it. I was excited to be able to try it out and make it easier to play with my friends but it has been nothing but problems. I would like to bring
that up to them and guess what... can't even do that. It looks like if I don't get taken off of this preview I will have to wait until next week to play in a party with my friends. Waste of time.
