Xbox One Party doesnt work or isnt simple

Ok can someone please explain the logic behind the new party system on the XB1, I think I must be missing something as the old 360 version was simple and worked great create a party invite friends, they join the party you launch a Lobby and they either join
or you invite party to join

Xbox one create party invite friends they all join party then go to game launch multiplayer and then you either still have to invite them or they have to find you and join I have found this with both COD and BF4 I am missing something but this doesn't seem
to be straightforward. What happened to the Lobby for your party and to launch from there.

yify isnt working since the update, i tried the alternative that doesnt work either xbox one requires a flash player, i wish a flash player was downloadable lol

 

Can someone explain to my why I pay for a Live membership that is shoddy at best?

Honestly can someone explain to me why I am paying for a service that barely works. Every time I turn around Xbox Live is down, having issues or working so fluky it isnt funny? Take playing Destiny for instance...the game chat sucks (not MS's fault its bungies),
so I wanna use party chat...and there are times where Party just doesnt work, or your friends list doesnt work, or if party does work you can get people in your party but somehow you get no voice.

Why am I paying to sit at my dash board and not access a danged thing, or when I do have access its seriously substandard?

Yes I am annoyed, yes im venting....but honestly I cannot be the only person who feels this way.

I know it isnt my connection that is the problem, im on a 50mb pipe soon to be upgrading to a larger one....XB Live get your act together for the love of all that is holy!
