Xbox One party chat not connecting

No one can hear on the xbox on party chats it says everyone is connecting

Do you mean your party chat session with someone disconnected or that you can't connect to party chat at all?

If you can't connect to party chat at all please first make sure you have gold membership here:

https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Gold is required for party chat.

Also check here to see if you have an enforcement action that has suspended/banned you from using party chat:

Same here, it is getting really annoying. I have open NAT, and i'm not able to connect to my friends through Party chat. Only skype. But one of my friends can connect to Party chats but not skype. So one of us has to step aside for the other to speak to
our friends.

Really disappointed in MS. Party chat was one of the biggest assets of the 360. Now it's one of the biggest flaws of the ONE.

Make sure that both you and your friend have open NAT types so you can connect with each other.

Sorry to hear about your Party Chat issue. Is your DeadCrushader Gamertag the one having an issue with Party Chat? Party Chat is a feature of an Xbox LIVE Gold subscription, so your free account would need to upgrade to take advantage of that feature.
