You can also change your gamerpic any time you want to use the Xbox app on mobile. Choose from the Xbox library of gamer pics or add your own directly from your mobile device.
Select the gamer picture icon from the bottom menu of the Xbox app to access the Profile tab.
Select the edit icon next to your gamerpic at the top of the screen.
Do one of these procedures:
To use a gamerpic from the library: Select one of the available images and select Save.
To upload a custom gamerpic: Select the photo library icon and select a photo from your mobile device. Hold and drag the circle to crop the photo into the image you want as the player picture, then select Load.

You can just find those Icons on Google Images for example. From there you just save the photo and add it as your display picture on Xbox!

...this is crazy, does xbox think it is a different game????

If you own the older Xbox One edition, it might be that the MS icon shows as the game is no longer available for purchase digitally - de-listed content usually has their icons replaced with placeholders.
