Xbox One OS update errors

Twice in four months ive had to reset the xbox due to an os update failing to install after downloading and no information on the error code. Even after leaving the Xbox Insider program I am still having this problem and cannot use netflix or game while
the POS update is blocking the xbox constantly.

Error code is 0x8B05000F 0x00000000 0x9017007........

You can also report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further:

On your console, install the
Xbox
Insider Hubapp (if you don’t already have it).
Hold down the
Xboxbutton on the controller.
On the power menu, select
Report a problem.
Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and
if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.

it very sad that I have faced a similar problem...

I had put away my Xbox for a month - last OS updated was 10.0.18362.3055... during my away time there was another OS update which got missed 10.0.18362.4050.... now every time I switch it on -- it goes on to update to 10.0.18362.5047 directly... always finds
a problem after downloading 3.6GB (full size update) & come up with a screen -- there was a problem with the update...with specific options to tap on-- switch off Xbox/ Retry/ check network/ Skip & remain offline …. no matter what I try--- I always end up
of the same screen...

after trying a reset with keep game & apps --- my kid erroneously changed the language to Danish during reset (to add to misery) … now my Xbox one is just a brick...

there is no issue with the network & no issues with HDD...

so what to Do

try changing the IP of the network if in case that either should work hard factory reset ...

[*]Hold down the power button on the front of your Xbox One console until it fully powers down, unplug the power cord, and wait 30 seconds. Please note the console must be fully powered down; the next steps will
not work if the console is powered on from connected standby.

[*]PRESS the POWER Button then Hold down the Bind button (located on the side of the console next to the USB port) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console next to the optical disc slot), continue
holding down Bind and Eject until you hear a second “power up” chime.
[*]Then SELECT Reset this Xbox - This Troubleshooter takes the User to a page that allows them to select full reset or reset but keep content (this allows you to keep your installed games and settings!)
[*]Then you can try to install the latest updates.
[*]In case you still receive the error message of 0x8B05000F 0x00000000 0x90070007 it means that there is an issue with the HDD of your console and it needs to be repaired. (You can set your repair order on
