Meu Xbox one original quando eu aperto o botão de ligar ele acende e depois apaga de vez enquando o Xbox liga e eu consigo usar mas trava.qual seria a solução pra este problema?

By original Xbox do you mean the original Xbox one or the Xbox original (the one with the duke)

Is it an original Xbox One, an Xbox One S, or Xbox One X?

I'm afraid that's just not possible on the original. It doesnt have the hardware capable of 4k or even up scaling.

Actually most of the power bricks for the Xbox One (VCR model) will run in most countries. Check the label on the back, and if it says: Input: AC 100-240V, Then you just have to change the power lead cable.

Otherwise, yes. You can just replace the power brick for a EU version.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the Xbox One Original. To help clarify the issue:

Do you receive an error message?
When you mention erases, does it uninstall games and apps?

I recommend to try doing a soft factory reset
of the console, Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email
and passwords for your Xbox profiles.
