    I have purchased a second external power cord, did not work. Power box lights up, but shuts off as soon as it is plugged into console. Microsoft stores are closed, so I can't call them. My "problem" doesn't allow me to talk to a Microsoft employee, but
    nothing online tells me I can get it repaired. It suggests I buy a new system (which I don't really want to do.) It links to several bundles to purchase, but every Xbox OneX is sold out. The Series X comes out in a few months, and why would I want to spend
    299-499 bucks to buy a new system that I will use for only a few months? Can I really not get a repair in the meantime? I have had this issue for a week now, and have found NO answers, and I am loathe to buy a used system, as I have had two used consoles out
    of three break within a couple of months in my lifetime. I don't know what to do, and have since canceled my xbox live and gamepass account, as I can't play games! Where to get a repair?

    you can take them to places where they sell games and ask if they make repairs near your home

    Hello only option would be to check if the console is still under warranty. If it is then you have the option of having it fixed. In the mean time make sure console is free from **** dust, you can use an air can to dust it out. If not covered under warranty
    then you would have to purchase a new console sorry.

    The original Xbox One is no longer supported by Microsoft, so they no longer repair them. Your only option is a 3rd party repair.
