    Xbox one Original Wont boot stuck on Preparing Xbox with progress bar at 0%


    I opened the xbox to take a look at the drive in windows it seemed like theres nothing on there plugged it back it in it came up with recovery tools I downloaded the new update on usb clicked use offline update on usb and then yea its stuck on the update
    screen with 0%

    Xbox One not starting up

    My Xbox is not starting up properly and gets stuck on first set up screen 'preparing console' at 56% on status bar. Tried a restart but froze part way through set up. Any ideas?

    I didn't bother upgrading the drive I kept with the original drive and plugged it back it and my drive is fine

    That seems the HDD is broken, you can send it to repair, but you will need to pay for the repair. Since you open the console, seems like you dont have warranty.
