Xbox One Online stuttering every game

Ive been having stuttering lag in every (online) game. Video provided for example. I have blast internet with a motorla gateway suitable for the blast internet. Ive never had this problem when i was with mediacom and i cant find a fix for this online anywhere.
I restarted the modem, reatarted the xbox, checked my nat type which is open, checked my up/down speeds which are 80down 11up. I dont know what else i can do.

Xbox X stuttering/Lag

I am on my second Xbox One X because of this. My Xbox One works fine with all games. If I plug in the X every game I have is stuttering and lagging.

Have you found any fixes for this yet?

 

How is it possible the Xbox One suffers from stuttering through the opening intro of the Grass Circle?

How is it possible the Xbox One suffers from stuttering through the opening intro of the Grass Circle when the game starts?

Not like anything is going on and it's random, every time this game opens for me the Grass Circle stutters.

i visited the link and i d'ont have any of those problems. I'm not even getting any error messages. It's just when i play online it stutters.

 

We appreciate the update! Can you tell us if any of your other devices are having issues connecting to your router? Also, have you contacted your ISP to see if they could lend some insight into why your router is stuttering the connection? We also recommend
using a wired connection to see if this helps.
