XBox One - online safety features disrupted

Hi everyone-

I am seeking support for two distinct but probably related issues with my safety features:

1) the message reporting feature of my account seems to be disabled. Messages received with terms clearly part of the banned term list (profanities such as the B word, racial slurs, sexual harassment, etc.), when reported, are not anymore for the past month automatically deleted by the algorithm as they used to be, nor is any action activated against offenders as it used to be the case.

2) Meanwhile, I myself received an automatic suspension yesterday, for a totally non problematic, game-related term ("rope knocking"), got the email notification, BUT my suspension does not appear under XBox enforcement dedicated page, making impossible for me to submit a case review.

It seems there is no way to contact someone at Xbox enforcement (the link to request a call is permanently unavailable). I eventually reached out to Xbox support by phone, which explained as expected that they don’t have access to enforcement files.

I am quite unpleased to get a ban for a non-issue and as a consequence of what is likely an algorithm glitch, while in the meantime being unable to get any action taken against people bombarding my message box from various alt accounts with insults and harassment messages clearly breaching the code of conduct.

Does anyone face this problem? Could an MS agent or ambassador help?

Edit: this is clearly an account suspension (one week) and not a console ban.

Update: Three days later, Xbox enforcement page now tells me "Congratulations you have a perfect record". Zero enforcement case showing, ever. Yet, account still suspended. Frustrating.

1) As long as you reported them, the enforcement team would still investigate and take the appropriate action. I'm not sure why it's not automatically removing them but that wouldn't stop action being taken.

2) There seems to be an issue with the enforcement site as everyone is having the same issue. Only the enforcement team handles suspensions/bans so there's nothing that can be done until the site updates to show the suspension.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to use multiplayer features in your game.

Do you receive any error codes or messages when attempting to join servers or a friends world?

Most typically, not having your account correctly configured tends to cause disruptions when attempting to connect to others. There is an article that covers this info much further in-depth with step-by-step instructions that I will link
