    Xbox One not turning on


    A while ago my xbox stopped working, it would freeze on the green screen with the xbox logo when I would turn it on, but I fixed that by holding the two buttons that bring you to the troubleshoot page and I reset my xbox.

    However, about a week later, the front buttons (on/off button, disc eject, the bluetooth/controller connect button) all stopped working, I didn't mind because i could turn the console on and off using my controller. But then it started freezing on the green
    screen again... for months I could not do anything, but now it eventually gets to the trouble shoot page.

    Everytime I click 'Restart this Xbox', it doesn't solve it, and everytime i try 'Reset this Xbox', it fixes nothing, or it tells me there is an update but it fails to update everytime. So, i cannot do anything. I have looked at the offline update but i have
    no idea which of the first 2 files to use as it specifies them to certain builds of the OS version, and the Xbox says the OS Version but what the xbox says is very different to anything I can find on the Xbox support page/offline update page. So, with quarantine,
    I am desperate to get it working again to cure my boredom. So can anyone help?

    first i must say i am not really good at English so excuse me for my mistakes.

    my console is in energy saving mode

    this is what i am done:

    i test my xbox temreture and it was good, i Reset my (for about four times!) power supply, i Check the status of your power supply unit,my xbox is Pluged power supply directly into a wall outlet and then i do this thing"Change the console settings so it

    I'm going through the same thing. Took the console to GameStop, where they had power supply I could hook up to.

    Same issue, orange light, flashes white for a second then back to orange. Console will not power on...

    For me it's not the power supply...

    It could be either actually, but sounds like a power brick issue honestly.If you have a friend or family member with an Xbox One, I would take my Xbox to test there. That would immediately tell you where the issue is.
