    Hello everyone! Sorry for my English! I recently bought a 2 TB Xbox One S console - Gears of War 4 limited edition package, and it does not read physical games, neither of xbox one nor of xbox360. When I put the disk does not open any application, simply
    the console remains normal. I also do not see an error message. Somebody could help me?

    Physical xbox one games wont read?

    Ok I have this problem where my xbox one does not read my games. To make it read a game I have to eject and put it back in over and over until it read after about 20 trys, while doing this my xbox makes a horrible sounding noise, this also destroyed one
    of my games. I got my xbox last year in November 2 months after release. If there is a way to fix this please help

    How recently did you buy it? Can you exchange it where you bought it?

    You could try a power cycle on your console by holding the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until turns off. Turn it on and try again.

    No I can not. I bought the console in amazon usa on a trip I made, and it is still under warranty. But Microsoft does not want to recognize the guarantee in Argentina xbox one not read physical games :(

    Should I press the circle button for 10 seconds with the console on? or off?

    When the console is turned on, hold the power button on the front of the console for a full 10 seconds to turn it off.

    When it’s off wait about 30 seconds and turn it back on and try again. Hopefully it will work.

    I have not been able to rate my game that I got from my local Gamestop store, its installed but says

    I guess either this is a new system bug or Microsoft disabled rating and review page our Physical copy's of Xbox One games discs since they don't read as owned anymore in Microsoft store app on our Xbox one systems?

    can anyone else confirm that their physical copy's of these games also will not let them review and rate them?

    since this is not effecting digitally brought games in Microsoft store app , its just the physical title disc versions of any of these games being installed and reading now as not owned in Microsoft store app on our Xbox One Consoles which seems
    to disable rating and review page for our physical Xbox One Games.
