    No the one referring to your account region matching your actual region

    It has to match for this most game's with gold

    Also you must change the locale of the website but the account region also has to match

    You can't in order to download most games with gold you have to have a matching account region to your actual region

    Since you don't live in an xbox live region that's not possible

    There has never been an issue with regions for me, never changed anything, no need to. There was clearly an issue with xbox services at the time as the day after i posted, i tried again and it worked.

    Im having the issue with getting Deus Ex also.

    I have always been able to download the 360 title from this site (not through xbox one)

    I try to get this game and it gives the error:

    Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.

    Anyone else get this error? Anyone have a fix?

    All payment details valid, never had an issue before....

    The Xbox 360 marketplace website requires billing information even for free purchases. The Xbox One marketplace does not. That is why you could get Thief. The only way to make "free" Xbox 360 purchases is either on an Xbox 360 console or with your billing
    information on the website. Sorry.
