Xbox One - Not possible download Deus EX available in games with gold

Hi, I have one year subscription for Xblox live Gold; I correctly downloaded Thief few days ago but I'm not able to download DEUS Ex that seems available starting from 16th of January (yesterday). Is it related with backward compatibility? Thief has been
created for XBOX ONE while DEUS EX for XBOX 360.

Did not receive code for Deus Ex Human Revolution with the purchase of Deus Ex Mankind Divided

On Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold members can download Killer Instinct: Season 1 Ultra Edition ($39.99 ERP) for free during the month of January. Zheros will be available as a free download from January 16th to February 15th

On Xbox 360, starting Friday, 01 January, DiRT Showdown ($14.99 ERP) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through January 15th. Then on January 16th, Xbox Live Gold Members can download Deus Ex: Human Revolution ($14.99 ERP) for free through January 31st.

Are you trying on the console or the website

The xbox one can't queue 360 games via the marketplace

Only way to do it without an 360 is the 360 webmarketplace and a valid payment option

 

Plus you need to match your account region to your actual region

 

First of all thanks for your help. I have few concerns because I don't know why I should perform this strange procedure while to donwload Thief, I simply selected and installed the game for free; I was trying the procedure that you suggested but the marketplace
wants credit card information that I wouldn't leave. Is there any other procedure that I could follow instead to set and live this infos? Will it be for free to download this game anyway as stated here

The Xbox 360 marketplace website requires billing information even for free purchases. The Xbox One marketplace does not. That is why you could get Thief. The only way to make "free" Xbox 360 purchases is either on an Xbox 360 console or with your billing
information on the website. Sorry.

 

Or rent an xbox 360 or borrow one those are the only other options

Putting your information is safer and easier

 

The Web marketplace only takes the info to verify the payment option

It doesn't change the price

Only if you don't have gold in cases of home gold where only the primary member has actual gold that works on the web

 

Im having the issue with getting Deus Ex also.

I have always been able to download the 360 title from this site (not through xbox one)

@darkslices you aren't gold that's whyTrial accounts cannot make xbox 360 purchases only master aaccounts with the homegold

Same issue here, already add my paypal account (non us account) but still can downloaded the deus ex with my xbox account (us account), does your payment detail should be an us payment detail also?

 

Yep, i read the above post, I have current gold subscription on this account up until June. No other issues with purchasing, just this game.... Which now happens to work, it must have been an issue on microsoft side.
