    My Xbox was not running installed games from the disc so I ejected it and used a air duster to blow out and thing that might be causing a problem and now my system has been working fine since.

    XBOX one not playing game?

    Just bought the XBOX 1 slim and I got halo reach which is a 360 game and is suppose to work on the one model. It worked once but now it just does the background and looks like its loading then just goes back to the dashboard. I tried re-starting it but
    keeps doing it. Something is up since I was able to get to the main menu before on the game. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Hiya ChainBang420,

    Have you tried a full power cycle? Hold the power button down until the console shuts off. Then unplug the power cable. Wait roughly one to two minutes. Then plug it back in and restart.

    i would just like to say how disappointed i am with microsoft. i have been an xbox gamer for about six years now and NEVER before have i come across something so ridiculous and shameful as this stupid august update. i have had my fair share of issues with
    xbox whether it freezing up on me or certain features being unavailable momentarily, but the core experience which is of course games has never been taken away from me until now. the new update is head butting with my xbox one and the games can't be read.
    i have wasted multiple evenings trying to exchange the games, exchange the console, and speaking to xbox support members for hours on end only to have no solution. whoever works these updates at microsoft should be ashamed of themselves and probably should
    be fired for putting myself and a bunch of other people through this ordeal. GET THIS FIXED!

    going to the forum announcement does fix the issue. Just directs you to a 75 min wait to find out you have to get replacement hardware. Please don't suggest that as an "Answer".

    Disconnect From InternetStay Offline And Restart Your Console. Then Cancel Download And Restart The Download Process. It Worked For Me.

    Same here. None of my games work, even after install. Killer instinct is a black screen with music. NBA2k14 stays on the loading screen, and Ghost doesn't have a multiplayer option.
