    Xbox One Not Launching Games


    I recently bought Forza Horizon 5 less than a week ago. I reached about level 35 two days ago so I’ve played a fair amount of it. However, when I tried to launch it yesterday, it wouldn’t immediately launch and would take a minute to attempt launching it and then would quit out saying there was an error. I thought it was just this one game so I tried Warzone. Warzone says that it needs to finish installing but everything is installed and I can’t update it (I haven’t had the option to update the game since season five of Cold War). I tried a disc game, and the same error message appeared. I then tried everything in my library but the only game or app that could launch was YouTube. I’ve tried everything in the book from reinstalling the games to a factory reset. Nothing has worked. Does anyone have any suggestions as to fix this? Thanks.
