Xbox One not connecting to new Handset Razer Thresher Ultimate

The Handset Razer stopped getting the sound from the Xbox one console, even if re-pair the two devices again. In the Xbox console, it seems that the system considers the headset still recharging although it is fully charged. We tried to update the firmware
of the Razer handset, as per recommendations from the Razer help support team, but it had already the latest firmware. Interestingly enough, the headset seems to work fine if we connect to the Xbox games through a PC/Laptop. Could someone please suggest a
solution to reset the console from "being charging the headset"? Many thanks and best regards,

Hi, I've done a little research for you.
I am sorry to tell you that I have not found the exact product you require but I can make some recommendations.
1. You could choose to have a microphone, connect it to the controller and position it so that you can be heard while you play.
2. Another option would be to have a wireless Headset which you can connect to the console, if you need a logo on the microphone you could put it on your neck.

Currently I have only seen one model of headset that can be connected to the Xbox one.

Microphone on your headset doesn't work only with Xbox? Are you trying use this on your PC or Smartphone?

You can contact with Xbox support, but i think config instructions and troubleshooting with this should be provided by Razer.
