    Hello,

Yesterday I unpack my new brand XBOX one and I used it for 1 one. Two hours later, I turn on my console but my tv doesn't show any image. I tryed with a new hdmi wire but I can't see the image. The xbox has the ligh on and my power supply, but kinet is turn
off and my pad has flashing Light over 10 second and after that is turn off.

    Have somebody the same problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    -----------------------------------------------

    Saludos.

    :)

    So Windows 10

there's no link. just an image from the reveal showing all of the windows 10 devices and a TV with Kinect/Xbox One was on the image. the image had every device on it.

Hey there Delios! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start off, I suggest giving these steps a shot:

    • Power the console on.
    • Wait ~1 minute until the console is booted up completely.
    • Press and hold the power button on your console for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off.
    • Leave the console off for 3 minutes.
    • Reverse the ends of the HDMI cable (take the end plugged into the TV and plug it into the console, and vice versa).
    • Power the console on again and see if you get an image.

If you still don't get an image, is there any way that you can try your console on a different HDMI input on your TV as well as a different TV altogether? If you can, that will let us know if the issue lies with the TV or not.

Let us know how that goes! We'll be standing by to hear back from you. ^_^

  5. Hi Mister Cerb,

First of all thank for answer.

I tryed with diferents HDMI imputs, cables and TV, but the result is the same, no image. I also tried your steps but it doesn't work XBOX ONE NO IMAGE :(

Today I'll send the console to Microsoft. I hope the return me a new xbox one and not the same.

    Thanks.

I had the same problem and realised that the hdmi connections are quite loose and you have to have them in at just the right angle and be careful not to move the box.

Otherwise are you sure you have not got the two hdmi inputs the wrong way round (ie the input and output)?

  7. Hello Sco,

I checked my hdmi cable and was ok and tight, no loose, and I also very sure I connected my hdmi cable in the correct input. I played the console one hour without problems, after that, two hours later I switch on the console and no image on my tv. I didn't
    move the cosnole the cable.

    Thanks for answering.

Make sure your TV is on the correct input. Perhaps, when X1 is on, cycle thru TV inputs to make sure its on the right one. if your going thru a AVR, check to make sure that is right input also. As mentioned, the HDMI port is quite picky. Some wires fit good,
to poor and have seating issues. if above isn't the solution, try different HDMI cables, perhaps one with a shorter or longer end. If still nothing works, time to call in for an exchange.

    Good Luck Delios

Got the same problem. I have a Sony Bravia. Once my X1 didnt work I thought It was my TV but my Xbox 360 worked perfectly on it. So then I took my X1 to my friends house and tried it on his TV which is an LG and it worked perfectly. We then we took his X1
to my place and tried his X1 on my Sony Bravia and it also worked. Im so frustrated right now!

  12. Hey guys! This thread is a bit old. If you could make a new thread, Achotazos, detailing your issue again, we'd like to be able to help you out individually. Thanks!
