    Xbox is working - but not displaying on screen

    Hi JulienCLEMENT,

    sorry to hear.Your Xbox One displays 480p if it does not receive an EDID from your TV. This is the lowest resolution possible for the Xbox One. However, the console was not designed to display at low resolutions. So I think maybe your TV is faulty?
    But please read about here:
